1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Scout", or "Club") and Scout Market, operated by Al-Manhajiya Sports Foundation ("we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the Scout Market website, mobile application, and all related services.

By registering, downloading the app, purchasing points, or using any feature of Scout Market, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Platform Description & Services

Scout Market is a sports technology platform designed to empower freelance football scouts through:

•       Virtual Portfolio Management — Build and manage a simulated football scouting portfolio using real-world player market values

•       Performance Tracking — Track your scouting decisions and portfolio profits against live football market data

•       Scout Rankings & Leaderboards — Compete with other scouts based on portfolio performance metrics

•       Excellence Certificates — Earn verified certificates based on outstanding portfolio performance for professional recognition

•       Club Recommendations — Top-ranked scouts may receive referrals to professional football clubs

•       Points System — Purchase and use points to unlock premium features, courses, and certifications

•       Football Management Courses — Access educational content to develop your scouting knowledge

3. User Accounts & Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access Scout Market features, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

•       You must provide truthful information during registration

•       You may not create more than one account per individual

•       You must promptly update your information if it changes

•       You must not share your account credentials with any third party

•       You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access at: outthinker@outlook.sa

3.3 Account Termination by User

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your portfolio data will be removed within 90 days, subject to our data retention obligations outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Points System & Purchases

4.1 Purchasing Points

Scout Market operates on a points-based economy. Points can be purchased via the "Buy Points" section of the platform and are used to unlock premium features, certifications, and courses.

4.2 Points Terms

•       All point purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable Saudi consumer protection law

•       Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts

•       Unused points do not expire as long as your account remains active

•       We reserve the right to modify point pricing with 14 days prior notice to active users

•       Points are forfeited upon account termination due to a violation of these Terms

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through certified payment gateways licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). Scout Market does not store your payment card details. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.

5. Virtual Portfolio & Scouting Simulation

5.1 Nature of the Simulation

The virtual portfolio feature allows scouts to simulate scouting decisions using real-time player market valuations from recognized global football data sources. Portfolio performance is calculated based on the average profit formula applied to your virtual player selections.

5.2 Important Disclaimers

•       Market valuations used are sourced from publicly recognized football data providers and are updated periodically

•       Scout Market does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market valuation data

•       Past portfolio performance within the simulation does not predict future results

•       Rankings and leaderboard positions are based solely on simulation metrics

5.3 Integrity of the Simulation

Any attempt to manipulate portfolio performance through exploits, bugs, automated tools, or coordinated artificial inflation of results is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all points and certificates.

6. Excellence Certificates & Club Referrals

6.1 Certificate Issuance

Excellence Certificates are issued by Scout Market to scouts who achieve outstanding portfolio performance metrics as determined solely by the Platform's evaluation criteria. Certificates are issued digitally and are verifiable through the platform.

6.2 Certificate Limitations

•       Certificates reflect simulation performance only and do not guarantee employment

•       Scout Market does not warrant that any club will act upon a certificate or referral

•       Certificates may be revoked if it is found that the underlying performance was achieved through fraudulent means

•       Certificate criteria and thresholds are set by Scout Market and may be updated with prior notice

6.3 Club Referrals

Scout Market may, at its sole discretion, share the professional performance profiles of top-ranked scouts with interested football clubs. This sharing is subject to the scout's consent as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Scout Market does not guarantee job placement and is not a licensed recruitment agency.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using Scout Market:

1.    Impersonating any person, scout, club, or entity

2.    Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform

3.    Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform

4.    Manipulating leaderboards or portfolio data artificially

5.    Uploading or sharing harmful, defamatory, or illegal content

6.    Attempting to access another user's account without authorization

7.    Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting platform data

8.    Using the platform for any unlawful purpose under Saudi or international law

9.    Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair competitive advantages

10.  Interfering with other users' enjoyment of the platform

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of points, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Scout Market — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, algorithms, ranking systems, certificate templates, course materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Al-Manhajiya Sports Foundation and is protected under Saudi intellectual property law.

•       You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes

•       You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission

•       User-submitted content (such as scouting reports or profile information) remains your property; however, by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to operate and improve the platform

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

Scout Market is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Al-Manhajiya Sports Foundation shall not be liable for:

•       Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the platform

•       Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

•       Employment outcomes or club decisions based on scout certificates or referrals

•       Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

•       Inaccuracies in third-party player market valuation data

9.3 Total Liability Cap

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Scout Market in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Subscriptions & Cancellations

Scout Market offers both free and premium (paid) subscription tiers. Premium features are accessible through point purchases or recurring subscription plans as displayed on the platform.

•       Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

•       Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

•       No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods, except where required by Saudi consumer protection regulations

•       We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days prior notice

11. Third-Party Services & Data

Scout Market integrates data from third-party football data providers for player market valuations. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data. Links to third-party websites from the platform are provided for convenience only; Scout Market does not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party content.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through:

•       A notification within the app or platform dashboard

•       An email to your registered address for material changes

•       An updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document

Your continued use of Scout Market following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account deletion.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
